The Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory is located in eastern Little Havana, across from the bridge coming off from Starfish Island.
Upon buying the Asset, you are given a cutscene of Tommy having to feel the wrath of a cantankerous old woman, who explains that the ice cream is a front to deal drugs.
This Asset has one side-content-styled missson.
Distribution
Get into a Mr. Whoopee to begin the mission. You have to do your rounds of dealing in Vice City. There are a few things you need to take note of.
Firstly, because your product isn't exactly legal, you can alert the attention of local beat cops, and if prolonging your run, will get you in trouble with the V.C.P.D. If you get a 1-Star Wanted Level, stop doing your rounds and keep away from any cops that pursue you on foot. Sweat it out until the heat disappears and you do not have a Wanted Level, and then start again.
Secondly, the local gangs will not take lightly to you dealing on their turf. Stick to Viceport, where there is definitely no gang activity, to avoid being attacked from them. That should make your job easier.
With that information in mind, you can go about your business. Find a crowded area with no cops, and turn on the jingle with the Horn. Remain stationery, and let the customers come up to you and collect their stuff. You need to complete 50 deals in total to complete this mission. Each deal performed will give you $8 each time, opening up the possibility of earning $400. When you have hit that target, exit the van to finish up.
Completion of this mission will earn you the Ice Cream Factory as an Asset. You are able to collect revenue up to $3,000 per day. The amount of money you earn on collection depends on the time between collections, or the time before collection and after earning the Asset.
