Washington Beach is a rather small district, featuring the Washington Mall as it's main attraction. This area is where Tom Vencetti begins his adventure. The area has not changed much since Vice City Stories, except for the fact that the Washington Mall has been constructed.
The only business of interest in this area is the DBP Security Headquarters.
