This mission becomes available after arriving at the Ocean View Hotel, and after you have gone through the opening scenes of the game.
This mission is simply a cutscene, where Tommy has to explain to Sonny over the phone of the deal going sour. Sonny is not too pleased, and Tommy assures him that he will personally take care of matters to get the money and the drugs back, as well as getting one over the people responsible. As the two have history, Sonny allows him to do that. Tommy then throws the phone on the ground in anger.
You are able to take missions from Ken Rosenberg, symbolised as an "L" on the map and radar.
