The Pole Position Club is located in southern Ocean Beach, east of the Ocean Beach Ammu-Nation, at the the southwest corner of the block it is situated on.
There is no formal introduction to this place, and nor is there a mission to do per se. Head towards the back of the club, and into one of the private rooms.
You have to watch your girl perform a lap dance. Trust me, it may sound good to some of you gamers out there, but this is boring to watch. You have to spend $300 in one sitting, and your money will be spent slowly. So, you could go AFC/AFK for a few minutes, checking that you haven't overspent, until you hit the target.
Upon spending $300, the Club becomes an Asset. It will now generate revenue up to $4,000 per day. The money you earn upon collection depends on the time between collections, or the time before collection and after earning the Asset.
