Luckily, you won't need to go through the entirety of The Miasma Marshes again, as there's a teleporter at the beginning to get to the other side where you first fought Vileheart. Follow the path until you get to the entrance of Nevermore, where you'll find a Waystone, then go inside.

Once inside, go right at the first intersection to find a blue chest with a Sage's Secret. Now, go left and touch the pedestal to make some stairs appear. At the next split, the left path has a red chest with a Phoenix Breath in it, while the right one has a pedestal to make more stairs appear.
Go through the doors at the top, opening the red chest right to your left for a Sprite Dew. It's time for some trippy stairs. Go left at the split and you'll find a red chest all the way at the end with a Dragon Lance inside. Take the other path now and go south at the intersection to find a red chest with a Shield of the Pure.
The western path has a red chest with a Griffin's Teeth inside, and the northern path continues forward in the dungeon. There's a red chest to the left of the door with a Nostrum, as well as a spot on the right balcony where you can hit a green chest that contains a Boarlord's Armor.
The next room is a circular one, with a path to the north and one to the south. The northern one has nothing, but there's a spot at around 7 o'clock (if you think of the room as a clock) where you can hit a green chest that contains a Giant's Ax. Take the south path now and enter the first door you see to find a blue chest with an All-Be-Gone inside it.
To continue in the dungeon, go through the third door and touch the pedestal to make more stairs appear. Before climbing the stairs, there's a purple chest to the left that has a Radiant Blade inside, as well as a red chest with a Great Sage's Secret to the left of the door itself. Behind the door is another pedestal, which makes some stairs form in the circular room from earlier. Go back and climb the stairs, save at the Waystone and get ready for Shadar!
BOSS: SHADAR
Shadar is definitely no pushover, as he has plenty of spells at his disposal to put a hurting on you. Pyre is a spell that hits one spot that does pretty good damage, while Bleak Midwinter hits everyone for above average damage (defend against this). Fell Wind is used if you get too close and can knock you back. His most deadly spell is Evenstar, which is a dark spell that hits everyone for big damage, and he does this usually when he appears near his throne and after a Fell Wind. Shadar is weak to light, meaning Mornstar will do big damage against him. Make sure you steal a Wizard's Robes from him with Swaine. Concentrate on staying alive and defending against Bleak Midwinter and Evenstar. As long as you keep your health high and keep hitting him with Mornstar and Burning Heart (you should control Oliver in this fight the entire time to make it easier) should you get any Golden Glims.
It seems that Shadar still has a few tricks up his sleeves, as he summons a giant monster for your next boss battle!
BOSS: ETERNAL KNIGHT
The Eternal Knight is huge, which means that it's going to be very slow moving. His physical attacks aren't anything to sneeze at, as they are quick and do some decent damage. He has one trick in Onslaught, which hits everyone and should be defended against. Your best bet is to get a tank Familiar with Yoo-Hoo and have it draw its attention, while everyone else pounds him from the back. If you have a Dinoceros, he is very good here, as a second form one can tank the boss easily. If you can, steal a Night Armor from it with Swaine. Don't worry about conserving MP, so go all out if you want.
Shadar will finally show his true form!
BOSS: THE DARK DJINN
First, this boss doesn't have anything worthwhile to steal (Jumbo Stardrop), so don't worry about that. Your HP/MP is completely restored for this battle, so that's one good thing. This boss is pretty easy, and is the reason you should have a good supply of MP-restoring items. He still has Fell Wind for when you get close, but you won't be doing that. He has three other attacks, but they can be easily avoided. Circles of Hell creates circles on the ground that will do piddly damage if you walk over it. Despair comes out from his left hand (right to you), which seems to inflict Blindness. Blast from Beyond comes from his right hand (left to you); both of the hand attacks hit in a straight line. He has one last move, which you know is coming when Drippy chimes in. This is World's End and should be defended against, as it does huge damage. The easy way to win this battle is to stay in the middle and in the back, while firing off Mornstar spells (he is weak to light).
Shadar is now gone and you have gained his spell, Evenstar. You also get Alicia's Pendant, but it's not the end of the story.
