From the beginning of the dungeon, head straight and cross the ice bridge to your left. Open the red chest nearby for a Frosty Flan, then stay on the same platform, crossing the next ice bridge to find another red chest, this one holding a Snow-White Ice Cream. Head back to the main path and follow it to the end, crossing the ice bridge. Note the tomte here, as this will be a hidden path later on to get back to this section.
Stick to the higher path to find a red chest with some Phoenix Breath in it, then use the lower path to continue onward into the dungeon (the icicle will break, so you can't go back). Continue along until you get to a fork, so take the south path to find another tomte, who is standing besides a fake wall that leads back to the beginning section of the dungeon.
Head back to the fork and take the north path this time until you see a short cutscene. Go to the end of the path and use Pulse to knock down the icicles to make some steps, then use Fireball on the next set to clear the way. At the fork, head east and use Fireball on the icicles you knocked down before to clear a path to a red chest containing a Sage's Secret.
Go back to the fork and take the other road this time. Clear the icicles with Fireball, then cross the ice and use Fireball to free the red chest, which has some Chocolate Bonbons in it. Head down the path and into the next area. At the split, head left and stand at the one dead end to hit a green chest with a Phoenix Tear inside. The path leads to a dead end with a purple chest, although there is a hidden passage that leads to the Waystone, but don't go this way.
Go back and right and stay along the southern wall to find a hidden spot with a red chest, which has a Snowball Gem inside. Keep going until you hit the Waystone, so use it to heal/save, then head into the big open area to fight the next boss.

| If you listened before and got the fire swords in Yule, as well as the water resistant armor, then you'll be able to utilize them to help immensely in the battle. Cold Boulder hits hard against one target, while Howling Blizzard hits all for high damage. Glacial Guard will up its defenses, but keep pummeling it. If you keep hitting it with fire, then you will stun it, giving you a chance to possibly get a Golden Glim (Oliver should use it) and get free hits. The biggest problem is Howling Blizzard, as it likes to use it more often when its health is lower and it doesn't give you much time to defend. |
You'll get the Star Stone after the battle. It seems the Mornstar has changed its size to fit its new owner, meaning the stones don't fit it anymore. Kublai mentions to go back to Hamelin. Note that there are two new Errands at Yule.
