The Depths - Located in a small room near where the second Butcher drops from the ceiling in the first section. Roll to release him from the barrels.
Firelink Shrine - In front of the pool area where Kingseeker Frampt is located.
Blighttown Swamp - Once you have a Pyromancy spell unique to Quelana or getting a spell from the Chaos Servant covenant, Laurentius will ask how you got it. If you answer "Yes," he will leave Firelink Shrine and can be found hollowed across from the swamp bonfire in lower Blighttown.

Laurentius is one of three NPC's that can upgrade a Pyromancy Flame. Unlike Quelaana, he is not able to ascend the Pyromancy Flame or upgrade it past +15.
