Darkroot Garden - After joining the Forest Hunter covenant, Shiva will appear outside the building near where the Clan of Forest Protectors spawn.
Blighttown - Shiva will appear under the water wheel. You must first join the Forest Hunter's covenant by talking to Alvina and then Shiva in Darkroot Garden.
| If you leave the covenant, Shiva will no longer be in Blighttown. You must absolve your sins with Oswald of Carim in Undead Parish. |
