Tuchanka is the Krogan homeworld, and a harsh and war-torn planet. Twice the size of Earth, with a population of 2.1 billion, rapidly falling due to the infertility caused by the genophage, Tuchanka is located in the Krogan DMZ.
Shepard travels to Tuchanka to cure the Krogan genophage and broker peace between the Turians and Krogan.
