The Quarians are a nomadic race with an aptitude for technology. They were exiled from their homeworld after losing a war against the Geth, a synthetic race that they created, and now live mostly in the Migrant Fleet, a collection of ships floating through space. Their original homeworld is Rannoch. In Mass Effect 3, they can be wiped out, allowed to destroy the Geth, or live in harmony with the Geth. Notable Quarians include Tali’Zorah nar’Rayya and Kal’Reegar.
