There are a total of 50 Health Shrines scattered around Hong Kong Island, which are little red tower-like objects with a gold roof on it, and they have a flashing light, which means you haven't used it yet. When you activate a shrine, Wei will light an incense stick and say a quick prayer, bowing some, which will make the light go out (indicating you used the shrine). There are 15 shrines in North Point, 15 in Central, 10 in Aberdeen, and 10 in Kennedy Town. For every 5 shrines you use, you get a permanent 10% increase to your health.
NOTE - Finishing the dating side mission for Amanda will show the locations of all Health Shrines on your mini-map. They show up when you get close, but you can open your map and hit the button to show them all on your map.
NORTH POINT
#1) Start from your apartment in North Point. This one is right outside of the apartment, on the right.
#2) Go to the main stairs that lead into the Night Market, on the west side. Go right and around the corner, to find another shrine at the bottom of some stairs (which leads to a Lockbox).
#3) For the next two, go to the Temple in North Point. This one is located up the stairs and next to a small pool, on the southern side of the area.
#4) This one is in the Temple area as the last one, only it's on the path on the north end of the area. This path is used for the <insert> mission.
#5) Exit the Temple and get on the big road right in front of it. Go north a little bit and you'll see the shrine flashing right before entering the alley to your right.
#6) From the last one, keep going north on the big road until you come to the next alleyway. Go down this one and as you make a bend to the right, you'll see the shrine flashing at the bend.
#7) Go all the way north to Lok Fu Park. Find the massage parlor on the map that is close to Lok Fu Park, and the shrine will be straight across from it.
#8) From the last one, go north and find the pedestrian bridge. Instead of going across, find the path with more stairs that leads to the rooftops. Keep following this path until you jump off a roof, then over some brownish-colored fence. The shrine will be in the corner of that area.
#9) Go east until you come to the ramps that lead to the highway/tunnels. On the east side of these ramps is the shrine, right before driving up the ramp and on the southern side.
#10) From the last one, go east and a little bit south to the big area slightly separared from the mainland (Top Glamour Imports). Once you enter the compound, go the first right and then the first left. If you do that, go straight and you should see the shrine flashing on the right side.
#11) This one is slightly northwest of where Waterfront is on the map. Find the parking garage to your southwest and start from there. Go north and as soon as the road starts curving left, turn right and you'll find the shrine behind the fence, tucked in a corner.
#12) From the same parking garage as the one above, go south this time and make the first left. Follow those path as it curves right and then left again. You'll find the shrine in a little alcove on the right side.
#13) This one is right outside the police station. If you don't know where to go, from the last one, find the parking garage to the southwest. The shrine is in the lot right next to the garage.
#14) Find Yau Ling Courts on your map and get on the road on the east side. Go one block from the northeast corner of the courts area and you'll see the shrine flashing, right by some stairs that lead to an alleyway.
#15) Find the cockfighting place in North Point, located in the southern area. From there, run to the west and you can go through a building and into a big, open area. Go to the docks and through the next building, climbing through the window opening, which is where you'll find the shrine.
CENTRAL
#16) Start from the easternmost parking garage in Central. Just north of it is a circular walkway for pedestrians. You'll find the shrine on the walkway itself.
#17) From the last one, head directly west on the road until you get to the second big intersection. You'll find the shrine on the corner.
#18) Keep following the same road from the last one until it starts curving and going south. Keep following the road until you see the shrine's light blinking on the sidewalk up some stairs.
#19) This next one will require some climbing, so find the construction area nearby and start climbing the green-colored coverings. Continue doing this until you jump over not just one gap, but two. Once you get to the top, you will find the shrine.
#20) Head all the way to the northeast section of Central, to the Drainage Outflow Hub. Right at the beginning of the word, "Outflow," is a pier, where you'll find the shrine.
#21) In the middle of the north part of Central, along the water's edge, is a round area. Go there and you'll find the shrine next to one of the pillars.
#22) Directly west of this is a little pier that's sticking out into the waters. The shrine is found at the end of this pier.
#23) The next two are located near the Government House, just south of the previous one. The first one is located between the two words on the map, inside the little pathway surrounding the building.
#24) From the last one, go west, jumping over the railing and onto the ground below, then walk up the stairs. You will find the shrine on the north side of this big building.
#25) From #24, go south and across the bridge, but go right before going up the stairs. There is a little opening where you can find the shrine next to some benches and flowerbeds.
#26) The next three are in the Victoria Park area, which is the big darkened-in area on the west side of Central. Find the basketball courts in the center area of Victoria Park. Go slightly northwest to a garden area, with lots of plants and flowers. The shrine is hidden in a corner in this garden area. If you go west and get onto street level, you'll find a pedestrian overpass that goes over this area; if you go directly east from the stairs, you will find a ledge you can drop off of, which is where the shrine is located.
#27) This one is found just above the "K" in Victoria Park on the map. There's a building next to the name on the map and if you go around the north side, counterclockwise, you'll go down some stairs and find the shrine right there.
#28) The last one in Victoria Park is west of #27. If you go directly west, you'll see a big pond, with a path that cuts through the middle; the shrine is right on that path.
#29) For this one, go to the main entrance of Central Hospital, but don't go inside. Facing the doors, go to the right to find the shrine not too far from the entrance.
#30) The last one in Central is located in the parking lot of the police station, which is located at Tsim Shin Shin Alley on your map.
