You're going to take a Minibus route from Dogeyes, so drive to the first stop marked on your map. When you get there, one of your guys will get off and you'll have to drive to the next one. At the second stop, get out and you will have to fight some thugs. After you take them down, get back on the bus and drive to the third stop.
When you get to the third stop, another of your guys will get off to fight the men there. As you drop your guy off, one of Dogeyes' Minibus will pass you by, so go after it and harass it by honking your horn when you're close to it. Once the harassment meter fills up, the passengers from their bus will come onto yours.
Once all of the passengers come aboard, some cars will start coming after you. Use the Minibus to ram and destroy them; one or two hits will take out the cars. Once they're all gone, you will need to drive the customers to their destination. You will need to be careful, as there's a meter on the left displaying "Customer Satisfaction," which will decrease if you hit even the tiniest object. The meter will fill up on its own again, so if it's close to being empty, drive very slow until it fills again. When you get them to their destination, the mission will be completed.
