Tiffany will call you, asking for some help. When you arrive at Club Bam Bam, you'll learn that she has a gun that she wants to get rid of, so you say you'll take it. Call Raymond after you get outside and he'll say to meet him at the North Point Underpass. When you get there, you'll see that Pendrew is there and he wants you to help him reconstruct a murder scene.
This serves as the game's gun tutorial, so follow the onscreen instructions and shoot the boxes and electrical panel on the wall. You will have to shoot a TV, pipe and light next, then go into cover and fire 3 blindfire shots (without aiming). Now, the reconstruction begins, so shoot the thugs you are asked to shoot, then switch cover points and shoot the rest.
Your next task is to vault over and slow down time by holding the designated button. Do this and shoot the thugs you're told to, then do it again and kill the thug in the far back. Once that's over with, shoot the tires of the vehicle out and the mission will be over.
