The Jade Gang is one of two factions inside the Sun On Yee Triad.
They are led by Sam Lin, known as "Dogeyes", and the history between him and Winston Chu is the main reason behind their rivalry between them and the Water Street Faction.
Information on the Jade Gang itself is sketchy at best, and no extra details are explored during the story.
