REWARDS - $2,500, Central Apartment, Roland's Debt Collection Jobs unlock, Brief: David Wa-Lin "Uncle" Po
Uncle Po wants Winston to come to his apartment, which makes Winston extremely nervous, so he decides to bring you along. Get in the car and start driving to the marker on your map. When you get to Uncle Po's place, there will be a few cutscenes that will play.
Once everything is said and done, Uncle Po has a mission for you to do, so get into the car across the street and head to the marker. You will meet Roland Ho, who asks you to go collect some money for him from a woman named Patsy Wing. When you approach Patsy, she will take off in her car, followed by her entourage.
This will be your introduction to shooting while driving, so follow the onscreen instructions to aim and shoot at Patsy's backup. It is best to shoot out the tires of the vehicles, as this will take them out quickly without having to pump the car full of bullets.
Keep following Patsy, while taking out her backup, until no more shows up. Now, you will have to get close to Patsy's car and hijack it. As you're driving back to Roland's place, she will jump out of the car, but don't worry about that and get back to Roland. Park the car in the garage to finish.
