Go inside of the store and get your tuxedo, then drive to the banquet hall. While everyone is getting inside, Winston asks you to retrieve a case of the Chairman's favorite wine from his vehicle. While you're getting it, you hear some screaming and gunshots, and run towards the building. Jackie will runs with you to the front door, but you won't be able to get through it.
Climb up the nearby obstacles and go through the window. You'll find out that the catering staff are attacking everyone inside of the building. Some of the men in the first wave will have cleavers, so be careful. Take care of the ones upstairs, then go downstairs and there will be more.
Once you beat all of them men up, go through the doors and grab the one guy there, who Wei will disarm. Grab his gun and take out the men from cover in the room. Once the cutscene plays, you'll head into the main hall and will be on a balcony.
It is wise to stay on the balcony, as you can take out the guys on the adjacent balconies easily, and also have a great vantage point against the guys below. After killing them all, go through the doors and you'll find Uncle Po, who is badly injured. You'll help him out by bringing him to the hospital, but you have to get there first.
As you're carrying Uncle Po, his life bar will be on the screen and it will gradually decrease. That means you have to hurry up, or else Po will die and you will fail. You will encounter some men as you're moving towards the hospital, so make sure you try and get headshots to quickly kill them. Sprint in between enemy encounters and once you get to the green marker and kill those men, it's a clear shot to the hospital and the end of the mission.
