As soon as you finish the Serial Killer Case, you get a call from Ilyana, who mentions that her friend has gone missing. The problem is her friend is an illegal immigrant, so she doesn't have too many places to go. You still have to go back to the station to start the case.
LEAD #1
REWARDS - $1200
Your first stop is the K-Bar, which is where Ilyana's friend works. Go inside and talk to Ilyana, who mentions that one of her favorite clients is someone named Mr. Chan. Go up to him and harass him (Fast Talk), and he mentions a few things about Katushka, including where her apartment is.
Go out the back door of the bar, and start climbing up with the boxes. Halfway up, you'll come to a locked door, so pick the lock and climb up the rest of the way to her apartment. Check the phone, then the fridge, where you'll find some papers. Take a picture of them, then call up Teng, who calls you back with some information. It turns out it's an 18K smuggler who might have Katushka, so Wei comes up with a little plan, which signals the end of this lead.
LEAD #2
REWARDS - $1200
Go to the marker to get yourself a nice suit, then drive to the docks. Go down the stairs and grab a boat, then go to the gambling barge. Once you dock the boat and get on the barge, talk to the doorman and then the hostess. Talk to Mr. Yar and he will tell you that money talks here.
You will have to play 4 games of Poker Mahjong. The rules are pretty similar to regular poker, but each game has 3 rounds. Bet whatever you want and after the third game, you and Yar start talking about increasing the wager. You will bet Ilyana, and you need to lose this game, so do everything you can to not win.Once you lose, exit the room and call Ilyana, which triggers the end of this lead.
LEAD #3
REWARDS - $1200, Case Closed achievement/trophy
Go to the docks, where you'll meet Ilyana. Once you and her finish talking, walk over towards Yar. Once he takes off with Ilyana, you need to quickly take a picture of the boat. After doing that, head up to where you met Ilyana and take her motorcycle (timer starts).
The next few parts will have you driving to vantage points, so you can keep track of the boat. You are timed while doing this, so make sure you don't go too slow. After a few short ones, there will be a longer timer. Once you get to this vantage point, you lost track of the boat, so go to the docks and grab your own.
When you get to the last known GPS coordinate, hop off your boat and swim inside. You'll see Yar's boat take off, so go inside and you'll find some women in a cage. Before you can free them, some thugs with guns show up, so grab the pistol off the crate and take out the first wave, then a second. After they're all dead, pick the lock of the cell and the case will be over.
