Raymond wants you to plant a bug in The Golden Koi, and asks you to go pick it up from the store. After you pick it up and walk outside, a thief runs by and steals it from your hands. Give chase, through the park and until you reach a dead end. You will now have to beat the thief up and retrieve the bag, then call Raymond, who will mention that you can get onto the roof of the restaurant from a nearby construction site.
Go to the marker and start climbing to get to the top of the construction site. When you get to the skylight of the restaurant, wait until the guys inside move away, then sneak inside. You will only have so much time to plant the bug, so go to the vent and take out the screws. To plant the bug, you have to move the left thing around until it turns green and the meter fills up; do the same with the right one, and then the left and right combined.
Once you have planted the bug, reattach the vent and go to the door. You will have to pick the lock to leave. To pick the lock, raise the mechanism slowly until you see it turn green, then move to the next one. Repeat this until all of them are green and then the door will be open. Once you step outside, the mission will be finished.
