REWARDS - $5,000, Field Report - Broken Nose Jiang
You find out it was Dogeyes who had orchestrated the attack at Winston's wedding, and now Mrs. Chu wants you to bring him to her. Head to Dogeyes' hideout and hop over the railing to go down to some docks. Dogeyes will take off with a boat and you'll automatically enter one as well. Chase after him, making sure you hit the ramps that you see Dogeyes use.
Once you go off the second ramp, the chase will continue on foot. Go through the warehouse, jumping over any obstacles in the way, until you encounter some of Dogeyes' thugs. There will be one wave here, then two more waves when you go through the door. After all of the thugs are out, follow Dogeyes into the processing area.
There is only Dogeyes at first, until some more thugs decide to show up. Once you defeat all of the thugs, you will have to fight Dogeyes next. Dogeyes is wielding a cleaver, so the best option is to just counter him and then throw in a few punches. Keep doing this until you finally take him down.
Grab Dogeyes off of the ground and drag him to the street. Put him in the trunk of Duke's car, then get in the passenger seat. As you're driving back, Dogeyes' men will start coming after you with cars at first, and then motorcycles. Always shoot the tires, as this will make the vehicles crash. Once you get back to The Golden Koi, grab Dogeyes out of the trunk and enjoy the cutscene that follows.
