REWARDS - $800, Cop and Triad XP
You need to go gather some protection money from the local vendors. The first one, the electronics vendor, is marked on your radar, so go up to the vendor and press the designated button to extort the money from him. The next vendor, the watch one, isn't so willing to give up some money. Grab the guy standing behind him and throw him into the telephone booth, which will be enough to spook the vendor into giving you the money.
Before going to the next vendor, go up to the lady nearby with the white speech bubble above her head to purchase a can of Dragon Kick, which will increase your melee damage for a short time. A couple of Dogeyes' men will attack you when you go to the produce vendor, so take them out however you want and then get the money afterwards.
The last vendor is the butcher, and when you get close to him, you'll notice that some of Dogeyes' men are beating him up. Beat them up for him and then collect his money. Afterwards, Jackie will tell you to buy some clothes so people will recognize you as one of Winston's men. Go up to the clothing shop nearby and buy the Undershirt for $55 (anything will do really). As you make your way back to Winston, a cutscene will play out and then the mission will be over.
