REWARDS - $500, Cop and Triad XP
Jiang mentions that Two Chin Tsao has gotten too comfortable with his position being the temporary Chairman, and she wants you to feed on his highly superstitous beliefs to get him to step down. Get in Old Salty Crab's car out front and head to Tsao's place. When you get there, you'll see Tsao leaving in his limo to do some gambling, but you are told he loses his money fast, so you don't have much time.
You will need to find a way into the compound, so head up to the intercom and Fast Talk to get inside. Go up the stairs and out the door, then climb into the actual compound. Once you're inside, Fast Talk to get past any guards so you don't raise suspicion, and get to the objective on the map.
Once you get to the gate, climb over the wall next to it, then kick the gate open. Go up to the front door, pick the lock and head inside. Your first task is to break the large vases until only 4 remain (see NOTE below for more information on the number 4); you can just punch them to knock them over. After you do that, crack the safe (see Cracking section for more details) to steal the statue, then climb the bookcase to change the clock to read 4:44.
There is one last task for you inside, which is to rotate the piano, so go up to it and do that. Once you have finished everything, a guard will come up to the front door and start snooping around, so take cover behind the couch until he leaves. Go out the front door and you'll notice a security camera, so head up on the wall and hack it. After the short cutscene of Tsao freaking out, steal guard's car to drive out of the compound and bring Old Salty to his car to finish the mission.
NOTE - The number 4 is a highly superstitious number in Chinese culture, as the characters for both it and death are very similar in pronunciation. This is why some you may not see a 4th floor in some buildings in China.
