You take it to deliver it to Top Glamour Imports, so go there and when you get to the shipping yard, you'll meet an old "friend." When he sees you, he speeds away. Take out any other vehicles chasing you by shooting their tires, and when you get to the gate, use the ramp next to it to get over it.
Shoot out the gas tank in the next area and as a result of the explosion, you'll capture Naz and use him as a hostage. Take out the men that show up, including a car that comes as well. Once they're all gone, go up to any of the cars and put Naz in the trunk. Escape the shipping yard, taking out the 18K, and when they're all gone, call Teng and she says she'll take care of Naz, so head over to the Undercover HQ to finish the mission.
