Wei mentions to Mrs. Chu that he saw the face of one of the men at the wedding, and Mrs. Chu tells Wei to bring that person back to her. Call Ricky when you're outside and get Johnny the Ratface's number. Once you get his number, you have to trace it to find out his location.
You need to triangulate his position using your phone. This is done by going to the middle of the triangle. Once you do that, hold the designated button over the area with the highest amount of bars, which is North Point. You next have to choose the location that is present in all of the choices, which is the bottom one for this mission.
Once you pinpoint Johnny's hideout and get there, go to the first marker, where you'll have to fight some thugs. Bring them down, and go to the second marker to fight some more. You will confront Johnny after, but the guy next to him opens fire. Grab him to disarm him, then kill the other guys in the vicinity. You now have to make your way to where Johnny is without shooting him.
Once you make your way outside and eliminate all of the thugs, head inside the warehouse and Johnny will escape in a vehicle. While you're chasing him, he'll have plenty of backup, so make sure you shoot the tires to take them out as quickly as possible. When all of the backup is gone, get close enough to Johnny's car to hijack it, then bring him back to Mrs. Chu to finish the mission.
