REWARDS - Cop and Triad XP
Call Jackie and he'll ask you to pick him up at his place in a car. Make your way to Kennedy Town and go to the shipyard. Follow Jackie to the top of some containers, where you'll split up with him. Go down into the shipyard and should you confront any of the workers or guards, Fast Talk to get past them. Make your way to the marker, Fast Talking to get past the guy there, then pick the lock on the door.
Once you're inside, take the cutting tool and go to meet Jackie. There will be some men for you to fight, who should be easy to take out with the cutting tool. Start searching the trucks after taking out the men. When you search the first one, more men will show up.
When you pick the right truck, Jackie will head inside to grab the jewels, but some 18K men will come and steal the truck, with Jackie still inside. Wei will hop on a motorcycle nearby and chase after them. When you get close enough to the truck, hijack it and it should stop. After the truck seemingly catches on fire, grab another vehicle and head to Fat Wallet Lam's place to finish the mission.
