You will have to drive Peggy around to do some errands for her and Winston's wedding. When you begin driving, watch out for the meter on the screen, as it will decrease if you hit anything or don't follow the rules of the road. The meter will fill up again, if you are careful while driving. This is important, as the drive to the first objective is a long one.
Once you get to the bridal shop, you'll see a cutscene, and then will have to take Peggy to a cake shop. As you're driving there, Winston will send a text saying that someone is stealing the cake. You only have a few minutes to get to the shop and when you get there, you'll see a van taking off. Chase after the van and when you catch up to it, hijack it and then bring it to the bus depot marked on your map.
You'll be back in the car with Peggy, who will ask you to go to the temple to steal some flowers. When you get there, climb the obstacles to get inside and Wei will put on some monk clothes. Some monks will stop and question you, but you can Fast Talk to get past them. Once you get past the monks, go and get the flower.
When you get the flower, the monks will find out and you will have to fight your way back to the car with Peggy. The monks are definitely challenging opponents, as you won't be able to grab them and they can counter your attacks. The best option is to counter them, get 2-3 hits in on them and just wait to counter them again. Once you get back to the car, take Peggy home to finish the mission.
