Winston believes it's time to take a strike at Dogeyes, wanting to burn down one of his warehouses, including Siu Wah, but Wei convinces him to capture Siu Wah alive. When you get control, get in the SUV and follow your fellow vehicle to the warehouse. Once you get there, Wei says for everyone else to stay put while he scouts out the place.
Open the door and head inside the warehouse. When you go around one of the corners, you'll confront some thugs, so take them out and go through the next door. There will be three more thugs here, one of which is a grappler, then after that will be another six thugs, one of which has a knife.
Once all of the thugs are finished, continue on through the warehouse and you'll notice someone up ahead near some stairs. Vault over the boxes to disarm the guy, and you'll get his gun. When you go up the stairs, you'll now be in a gun fight and you'll start out in cover. There will be four or so guys at first, so peek out and try to get headshots if you can.
As you start moving towards the stairs in the back, two more guys will show up, who can be quickly taken out by shooting the gas tank. Go up the stairs and you'll be on a catwalk, so take cover behind one of the covered parts. Take out the rest of the thugs, then start making your way to where Siu Wah is located, shooting the last two thugs in the way.
When you get to where Siu Wah is, he will take off and you have to chase after him through the burning warehouse. Once you do catch up to him, grab him and then start making your way out of the warehouse. You'll encounter some thugs on the way, so make sure you shoot and kill them fast, as Siu Wah can only be shot so much before he dies and you fail the mission.
Once you get to the entrance of the warehouse, there will be cops waiting for you. An explosion will hit, which will allow Siu Wah to shake free and get into a car. Get onto the motorcycle and start giving chase, and when you get close, you will need to do an action hijack to get control of the car. Lose the cops once you have control, and take Siu Wah to the marker on your map to finish the mission (if you drive too slow, Siu Wah will escape).
