You'll find out that the 18K Triads are assaulting the hospital where Uncle Po is located. Once you get there, grab the guy in front of you to disarm him and take his gun, then hurry and kill him. Take cover behind one of the couches nearby and take out the rest of the 18K in the area. Make your way through the next areas, taking cover and killing the enemies that you come across. Once you get to the elevator, take it to get upstairs.
The elevator will stall, so you will have to force the doors open. There will be a few men to kill in this hallway, so do that and get to Uncle Po's room. Uncle Po is on life support, and the 18K shut off the power, so you need to hurry to the control room and get the power back on. As you make your way to the control room, more men will show up, so kill them and head inside. You will need to hack the security console, but don't take too long, as you're on a timer.
Once you hack the console and get power restored, the timer will disappear and you need to head back to Po's room, eliminating the men that show up. Now, you will have to defend Uncle Po from any 18K that show up to attack him. There will be three waves of men, with the first coming from the right, the second from the left and the third from the right again. Once they're all dead, you'll head outside and now be chased by the cops. It might take a while to get rid of them, since you'll most likely have a Heat Level of 4, but when you do, drop Ricky off to finish the miss
