When the mission begins, go to the marker on your map and speak to the NPC there. He mentions that Ming is right around the corner. As soon as Ming sees you, he takes running off and you must chase him. Sprint after him, vaulting over the various obstacles you come across. Once you bust through a gate, you'll have to fight a couple of thugs.
When you are down to one guy left, grab him and throw him into the dumpster. Climb up onto the dumpster and continue chasing down Ming. Not too long after you resume your chase, Ming will stop and pull out a knife, and some more thugs will show up. Take down all of the thugs until all that is left is Ming. As you're fighting him, it's best to just wait and counter his attacks, then throw a few punches and then begin again with waiting and countering. Once you take Ming down, the mission is over.
