Reunion
Towards the end of Reunion, you'll find yourself outside. You'll go down a large set of stairs towards a big fountain. When you reach the bottom, turn around and go around the right side of the stairs. The COG Tags should be on the ground next to the stairs.
Anybody Home
At the start of this section, turn left and at the end of the path, you'll see a garage on your left. Enter the garage and at the back, behind some cars will be two dead bodies that the characters will comment on. On the ground in front of them will be COG Tags.
Dead End
You'll climb a large set of stairs and at the top will be a garage door directly ahead and a couple of doors on your right. There will be one door on the left side with a Lambent hand print on the right side of the frame. Go through this door and then enter the Sickbay through the doorway on the right. The COG Tags will be in the farthest corner of this room on the floor.
One Step Closer
As you make your way from building to building to avoid the One-Shots, you'll enter a building with a counter on the far side of the room and a silver back door behind it. To the left will be a hole in the brick wall and likely a Digger. On the silver back door will be a small Crimson Omen. If you go behind the counter, you'll see stairs leading down. Go down the stairs and the COG Tags will be on the floor against the left wall of the basement.
Straight to the Top
While making your way through the derelict building, you'll come to a point where you need to drop through a hole to get to the lower level. Ahead will be a grub on the ground with a bucket over his head and a smiley face painted on. Walk up to him, turn left and enter the office. Go through the window on the right side of the office. You'll see a Crimson Omen on the wall here and the COG Tags will be on floor about middle left side of the hallway.
A Few Complaints
When you enter the back room of the restaurant, on one side of the room will be a small store room with a dead body. The COG Tags will be next to the dead body. The store room will have a short cooler in front of the door and the Crimson Omen will be painted on the cooler.
