Generally speaking, the Snub Pistol is not used frequently in most combat. It is an average weapon that doesn't excel in any one place. However, since it is a standard weapon, it is good to have in a sticky situation and is frequently used in "meat shield" scenarios where you can't use two handed weapons. When successfully active reloaded, it has a significant increase to both fire power and firing speed.
