Fortress
When you get to the exit of the section, you should see an alley to the right. Go down the alleyway and enter the second room on the left to find these tags on the floor in a pool of blood.
Container Terminal
After you make your way through the grubs, you'll see a doorway leading inside ahead. Just before the door, you'll see some short stairs leading to a sealed door. Go up the stairs and turn left to find the COG tags behind some sandbags.
Motor Pool
You'll likely be able to see the Crimson Omen on the wall ahead and to the left just after walking outside. Go up past the Omen and then turn around to walk above the Omen. You'll find the COG Tags at the end on the ground.
The Cliffs
Just after you leave the tunnel, you'll see a short set of stairs leading up to a door on the left. The COG Tags are on the landing in front of the door.
Central Base
When you get outside, turn right and walk into the next building. You'll see a set of stairs leading down to a lower area. Go down the stairs and turn around. Just to the right of the stairs will be these Tags.
Central Control
Walk about halfway through the first room and then turn right. You should be able to see a small walkway that runs along the side of the room. Go there and turn right. Follow this walkway to the end to find this COG Tag.
Beach
Follow your squad a little ways until you get off the catwalks and enter a building. You'll go up a short flight of stairs and see the Glowing Omen off to the right. The COG Tags are just at the top of the stairs to the left.
