Library is a COG library filled with dusty old tomes about history and research. The tall book cases create many cramped alley ways while staircases hidden in walls lead to upper levels where you can get the drop on your enemies. While the lower levels offer close quarters combat, the higher levels provide long sight lines and lots of sniping potential.
The library is sort of rectangular around a central structure. This structure is a good vantage point similar to the other high points of the library but it far more exposed and, because of its position, far more visible.
