The Flame Boomer is a sort of cross between the Flame Grenadier and the Boomer. He carries a Scorcher and gas tank like the Flame Grenadier but doesn't carry any of the Incendiary Grenade. His movement is that of a Boomer so expect a slow lumbering pace. Because of his height, it can be a little harder to hit the gas tank over his shoulder but if he turns a little bit, the larger tank becomes a much easier target.
While the gas tank is a little tougher than that of the Flame Grenadier, the damage that the Flame Boomer can soak up is much higher making the gas tank a much more obvious choice here. Doing so will save you a lot of ammo and time.
