The Glowing Omen should be on the wall directly in front of you.

Turn around the left corner and grab the ammo from that Large Ammo crate if you need to. Go through the door at the end and enemies will start coming down a hill towards you. You will probably notice the Crimson Omen on the wall ahead to the right -- the [COG tags] are just above that wall on a patch of grass. You'll have to go up the hill and turn around to walk across the top of the wall to get to it.
Wretches, Grubs, and various Boomers will come down the hill at you. Remember that to make the most of the shield, you want to turn a little to the right which will present more of the shield to your enemies as you climb the hill. You should only turn back left to shoot at an enemy and you should try to not turn any more than you need to so that you can still present the shield to most of the enemies here.
As you climb further up the hill, you'll approach a nest with a turret in it so be sure to make use of that shield as you come around the corner towards it. There will likely also be Theron with Torque Bows in there but as you approach the nest, they'll likely evacuate. Turn right and your enemies will be down the hill in a tunnel. Expect mostly basic Grubs and any stragglers from the turret nest here. Each isn't particularly tough but their position doesn't really allow for a flank. Also, watch out for the first which is likely more hazardous to your score (since grub suicides don't count for you).
At the end of the tunnel will be the exit. Approach the blocked area to leave.
