Walk directly ahead and after going up the small set of steps, turn right until you are under a walkway and then turn right once more. This path will lead you back in the direction you were going but at the end you'll find [COG Tags]. Activate the console closest to the missile (waypoint). After the cutscene, turn left and you'll see the Glowing Omen on the wall next to a door.

| The wording of the second part is a little confusing. Your health regenerates slowly and if you go down, you die instantly rather than going into DBNO. On top of this, the area is exceptionally dark. To compensate, keep hitting the Tac-Com button which will highlight the curves in the room and give a small amount of glow. It's not perfect but it's better than nothing. Just be mindful of the text that appears on the screen. This can block your view. |
Enter the room through the door. Just through the door will be a box of Ammo so be sure to grab it. Round the corner to the left and take cover behind the large structures in a ring in the middle of the next room. Various Grubs and possibly Boomers will come into the room from the far side. Try to keep your distance and take them down from here rather than getting close because it will be hard to tell if you're being flanked as you advance. It's better to keep your enemies in front of you at the moment.
Once it is clear, start working through the room to the far side. Most likely you'll have enemies coming from the right but be sure to watch from the left because a straggler may have gotten by to a room there. The exit is to the right so start making your way there. There will be Grubs and Boomers in that general direction. Take cover behind the first doorway but try not to go past that point until you are very sure it is safe.
When it thins out a little bit, you can go past this doorway and enter the doorway to the right. This will lead you around to the right side of the room, allowing for a little bit of flanking (but not much). Again, remember not to move up until you can't see any other enemies.
After this final room is cleared out, head for the door at the back slowly. Vault over the various cover pieces so that you might hit any grubs hiding behind the cover. Get to the door to finish the chapter.
