The Halvo Bay Military Academy is the second stop on your tour. Originally the training grounds of Cadet Sofia Hendrik, the Academy has been ruined by the Locust. You'll have to get in, find the beacon and get out with it in one piece. No easy feat considering that the entire school was overrun.
