The Skydiving lesson tasks you with skydiving from high altitude and landing on a stationary target. You have up to 20 minutes to complete this task. For a gold medal you'll need to land max 3 metres from the mark.
To launch your parachute whilst sky diving press the X/A button and then glide towards the marked target.
