This mission begins at Michael's house. You end up joining your wife, Amanda, and Fabien in a yoga session. Follow the onscreen prompts, holding the analog sticks in the indicated directions, then breathing with each hold. There will be a total of three different holds and once you're all with all three, you'll need to go up to Jimmy's room.
Exit the house and get into the car with Jimmy, who wants to go meet one of his friends at Burger Shot. After meeting with his friend, start driving back home when things begin getting weird. Your driving becomes very erratic and you eventually stop, with Jimmy pushing you out of the vehicle and taking off.
Watch the trip that Michael goes on, going straight down to quickly end it when you regain control. You should regain composure close to your house, so run there to find out that your family has left you. The mission is now over.
