After finishing Friend Request, drive around as Michael and you should receive a phone call from your wife, Amanda. It seems there's been a misunderstanding at Didier Sachs, so she tells you to come and help clear it up for her. When you get to her location, you find she's already in the back of the police car, so get inside.
As soon as you do steal the police car, you will get a 3-star wanted level. Now you must lose the cops while you listen to Amanda nag you constantly in the back seat. The best thing to do is drive around, making turns repeatedly to get away from their line of sight, then hide somewhere when the stars are flashing. Once the stars are gone, drive Amanda back to your house to finish the mission.
