This mission is given to you by Devin Weston ("D" on the map) and is exclusive to Franklin. You get a phone call from Molly at the mission marker, telling you that Devin wants you to go inside the movie studio and steal a car. First thing you need to do is find the actor, sneak up behind and knock him unconscious to have Franklin steal his uniform.
With Franklin all dressed up, head over to the car and quickly get inside of it before the security start shooting at you. Speed away and out of the movie studio, noting that the actress inside the car with you will continually grab the steering wheel, making the car swerve left or right at times. You will also two security coming after you in vehicles.
Keep driving towards the lot you need to, until you get a prompt that the car has some spikes to deploy. Deploy the spikes until you get rid of the two vehicles tailing you, then not long after, you'll get another prompt to push a button, which will eject the seat with the actress. After this, drive the car back to the mission marker to finish.
