Rewards - $250
This mission introduces you to Franklin, one of the game's protagonists, as well as his friend Lamar. Both work as repo men for a car dealership, which is run by an Armenian car dealer named Simeon. Once you gain control, follow Lamar to the front of the house and you'll get a pick of one of two cars to drive. Whichever you choose, get inside and start driving.
Just keep following Lamar until a short scene occurs, which will put the cops on your tail. This is your first true run in with the police in GTA 5, since the previous mission was scripted. You will have a 2-star wanted level and even at that stage, cops will be slightly more aggressive than in previous entries.
To get away from the cops, you will need to keep driving until you get out of their view. Once you do, the stars will start flashing and you'll see how cops were changed in this game. Now, they will still look for you and you will see their vision as a cone on your radar. If they spot you, the stars will be reactivated and you'll have to go through it all again.
Once you shake the cops, drive to Simeon's dealership for a cutscene. Walk to your car and get inside, then drive back to your house. The mission will end when you park in your garage and check out your house a little bit.

| Not a Scratch - You need to deliver the repoed car to the dealership without minimal damage. This can be a little challenging due to the second part, where you have to lose the cops. The best thing to do is get as far away and then find a hiding spot under an overpass or bridge. Focused Driver - You will need to use Franklin's ability for at least 7 seconds throughout the mission. Basically, you can use this whenever you get the chance. To recharge it, drive on the wrong side of the road and have close calls with other vehicles. Winner - You need to beat Lamar during the first part of the mission, but it is only possible during the last stretch. After passing through the parking garage, you'll go through a drop-off area in front of a building and then through another parking garage. This is your chance to pass him up, so make sure you save up a bit of your ability to give you a chance of passing him up. We Come in Peace - Not far into the mission, you'll pass through a movie studio where you see some people in alien costumes. You need to make it through without hitting any of them. There are only two sets of people, with two people each. The first set of people don't move, so they should not be a problem, however, the person on the right will push the other person into the path of your car. You can either use your ability to get through, or slow down a little bit and pass through the middle of the two people. |
