This mission begins at Michael's house and is only available to Michael. After a little conversation with Jimmy, go outside and drive to The Bean Machine to visit your wife, Amanda. Michael will do a little reconstructuring and then it's time to go pick up Tracey at the tattoo parlor.
Once you get there, head inside to do some cosmetic work on Lazlow. Pierce him in all three spots, then give him a new tattoo, following the prompts with the right analog stick to draw it out. Cut off his ponytail to complete the transformation and get back to your car, driving to Friedlander's office. When the therapy session is over, go back to your house to finish the mission.
