Grand Theft Auto V - Fists

You've been able to use your fists to perform melee attacks in all Grand Theft Auto games, and you can do so in Grand Theft Auto V as well.

As well as traditional punches and kicks, you can also perform sucker punches if you catch someone by surprise, knocking them to the ground.

You can also produce a karate chop move when sneaking around to knock someone out.

Finally, by equipping the fist option whilst driving, you can flip off NPCs.
