You can get this mission at Michael's house and it begins with his wife doing some extracurricular activities. Get in the truck and begin chasing after the tennis coach, noting that the truck's handling isn't all too good compared to the other vehicles you've had in missions so far. Don't worry if he gets too far away, as you end up having to drive to his house.
When you get to the house, a short scene will occur while Franklin attaches a winch to one of the support beams. Back in control, start peeling away until the whole deck comes crashing down. As you make your way back to Michael's house, you find out the house didn't belong to the tennis coach, but someone else.
This guy sends some muscle after you, so you will need to kill them before you can go back to the house. While Franklin will shoot at them, you will likely have better aim than he does, so aim for their heads inside of the vehicles if you can. Once you have killed them all, you'll be able to return to Michael's house, where you'll see a lengthy scene before the mission ends.
