Drive back to Simeon's dealership to get another mission from him. He wants you to pick up another vehicle, only this one will require some stealth. When you get to the house, climb into the compound and use a stealth attack to knock out the gardener. You see that the garage is locked and there is no way inside near it. Go around to the other side of the house and climb onto the vehicle, then onto the roof of the house.
Climb into the open window and into the house. Note that you cannot alert any of the residents inside or you will fail the mission. Go down the stairs and near the front door, then head towards the kitchen, taking the first left through the door and into the garage. Get in the SUV and start making your way back to Simeon's place.
Not too far along in driving back, someone appears in the backseat and holds a gun to your head. Listen to what he says and continue driving back to Simeon's. When you get close, he will tell you to drive straight through the front window, so do that and control will go over to him (Michael). You must now engage Simeon in a fist fight, so pay attention to the instructions. Once you do enough damage, a scene will play out and the mission will end.
