This mission is given to you by Solomon Richards ("S" on the map) and is available to only Michael. It appears that Devin is pulling the plug on the movie that you're helping with, and Molly is taking the film to someplace offshore. When you gain control, get into a fast car, which there should be plenty of right outside the studio, and head to the airport.
When you get close enough, you'll spot Molly driving crazy with a police escort, and you'll also get a 2-star wanted level (and a 3-star one shortly). Continue chasing after Molly in the airport, making sure you dodge the police vehicles that get trashed, as well as the planes. Once she stops, continue the chase on foot until she suffers an unfortunate accident.
Grab the film on the ground and then it's time to lose the cops. The easiest way to lose them is by grabbing a nearby plane and flying around until the stars are gone. You can also do it normally, but that might take a good while to get out of the airport and into a hiding spot. Once the cops are off of you, the mission will be over.
