This mission begins at a lodge in the Paleto Forest/Procopio Promenade region (marked as a "C" with a question mark on the map), although you must get a text from Cletus first before it appears. When you get there, he will take you to hunt some elk.
Pay attention to Cletus as he explains the mechanics of hunting. You will need to stay downwind (arrow pointing down) as well as silent, as the elk have sharp senses and will run away if they notice you. The first elk will be highlighted for you on the map, so find it and shoot it. After the first one, you will have to do an elk call by pressing left on the directional pad.
Doing this call will highlight the area where the next elk will be, so kill the second one and then Cletus will mention that the third is a pair. He doesn't want a doe, so look for the elk with the antlers, then shoot it. For the last one, you are on your own, as Cletus will leave. Find the elk as you did before and kill it, taking a picture of its corpse and sending it to Cletus to finish the mission.
