in gta iv you were able to call the doctor to be 're-healthed' so it would be highly likely that this will be available for gta v

OOOOH you mean the cheat? Of course there's bound to be a cheat where you dial a number and restore health. It's GTA, everyone cheats every now and then. -

from what we've seen, it's just updated cars from GTA IV (bullet gt, Infernus, etc). However, there may be a Bugatti-esque car that LOOKS like it but with a different name.

It is believed not, It was rumoured by one of the producers/team to be possible, but it was a spit ball idea, and was actually brought up when talking about how real can you make a game before real world problems become no longer fun but irritating. so very very unlikely to be in it. -

I highly doubt that there will be 700+ missions available in the main storyline for GTA V. In San Andreas, there were 105 missions, of which some were optional and in GTA IV, I'm sure there wasn't even that many required to finish the story. -
