As you're fighting Varkids, you'll notice that they will go into pods and re-emerge as a stronger version. For this Challenge, you will need to destroy the pods before they hatch. Any place you farm for Varkids is a good place to farm for this; just make sure you don't kill all of the Varkids before they have time to go into pods.
