Hyperion has decided that it will forgive you and pay for services rendered if you'll take care of some bandits for them. 100 of them to be exact. You can pick this mission up from the Overlook bounty board.

To finish this mission, killing any 100 bandits will do. One of the best places to find bandits for this mission is the Bloodshot Stronghold. You should be able to find at least 100 there but be sure to take a variety of weapons with you. Optional objectives require you to kill the bandits with certain elements.
Once you've killed the 100 bandits, return to the Bounty Board in Overlook to claim your reward.
